Terms of Service — Schedule by McBride Method

Effective date: July 2, 2026

These Terms govern use of Schedule, a scheduling product operated by The McBride Method LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Schedule, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("Agency").

The service

Schedule helps Agencies coordinate meeting times: proposing times, collecting responses, placing temporary calendar holds, confirming a final time, and optionally sending the confirmed time to an Agency's connected system. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

Agency staff are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and for activity under their accounts. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be authorized to act for your Agency.

Agency responsibilities

The Agency is the controller of the information it enters into Schedule, including information about the people it serves. The Agency is responsible for having the legal basis and any consents needed to collect, enter, and share that information, including obligations that apply to minors, and for the accuracy of the meeting details and participant contacts it provides. The Agency is responsible for configuring and maintaining any integrations it enables between Schedule and its own systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Schedule: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access another Agency's data, no interference with the service, and no use to send unsolicited or harassing communications. You will use connected Google accounts only for the scheduling purposes the product provides.

Google services

Your use of Google Calendar features is also subject to Google's terms. Schedule's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing cycle, and trial terms are presented at sign-up or in your account, and billing is processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

Availability

We work to keep Schedule available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Scheduling and calendar features depend on third-party services (including Google) that are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The McBride Method LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Schedule. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Schedule at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these Terms or where required for security or legal reasons. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
